I am a PhD researcher at the University of Birmingham. My research is focused on urban shrinkage in China, using a wide range of data and methods. Through my research I have used R, Python and GIS applications along with many others. I implement geodatascience methods to investigate the patterns of urban change throughout China. I utilise geographic data with machine learning methods to gain insights into spatial patterns. Examples such as Random Forest can be seen in my portfolio.
I am currently looking for jobs using these skills I have gained.
I have also done work on the UK, using hyperlinks between websites to predict regional trade. This page also contains some hobby projects. Let this page be an insight into my work, with publications and projects I have done. This website was made on 07/01/23, so my previous projects will appear in time, so please bear in mind this is not all my work. Please feel free to contact me with any comments or inquiries.
